Dr. Jaya is a highly respected integrative healthcare expert known for seamlessly combining classical Ayurveda with modern Osteopathy and Chiropractic sciences. Her evidence-based, holistic approach focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of disease, while restoring structural, functional, and energetic balance within the body. With a strong emphasis on patient-centred care, she offers sustainable healing solutions for complex and chronic conditions.

She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) in 2013 from Aroor Laxmi Narayana Memorial Ayurvedic Medical College, Koppa, Karnataka. Deeply rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles, Dr. Jaya has developed exceptional expertise in Marma Therapy and Panchakarma, effectively treating chronic pain, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, and lifestyle-related diseases.

To strengthen her understanding of the mind–body connection, Dr. Jaya pursued postgraduate studies in Psychology and completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram, Kerala. She later earned a Master’s degree in Yoga from Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Yoga, reflecting her strong commitment to academic excellence and integrative research.

Driven by a vision to bridge global manual therapy systems with traditional healing, she completed her Master’s degree in Osteopathy from Sri Sri University in 2020. She holds the unique distinction of being Kerala’s first registered Classical Osteopath, marking a significant milestone in the field. Since 2019, Dr. Jaya has also been actively practicing Chiropractic care, with advanced expertise in spinal and joint manipulation, posture correction, and neuro-musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Her clinical excellence has received widespread recognition. Dr. Jaya was honoured with the Admirable Achiever’s Award in Osteopathy, featured in the King’s Book of World Records (2024), followed by the Best Osteopath Award (2025) and the Best Chiropractor Award (2026). Alongside her clinical practice, she is a passionate educator and trainer in Osteopathy and Chiropractic care, having trained over 5,000 students across India and internationally.

Dr. Jaya is also the Co-Founder of Liveness – A Healthcare Destination, where she has successfully managed numerous complex cases, including conditions approaching surgical intervention. Serving a diverse national and international patient base, she consistently achieves positive outcomes through her integrated, multidisciplinary treatment approach.

With her extensive clinical experience and mastery in Ayurveda, Marma Therapy, Panchakarma, Yoga, Osteopathy, and Chiropractic care, Dr. Jaya continues to set benchmarks in integrative and regenerative healthcare, offering holistic, effective, and patient-focused healing solutions.
